I’m not required to take every commission that comes my way. Don’t get mad at me or others if I do not accept your commission.

I have a life outside of commissions. Commissions may take up to a few months to be finished, but I generally try to get it done as quick as I can! Keep track of it on my To-Do List.

If you use my art on any social media platforms, be it reposting, profile picture etc, PLEASE give proper credit to me by linking my Instagram or Toyhou.se

I don’t do deadlines, not even for a fee. I wouldn’t be reliable enough to do so.

This may sound obvious but don’t use my art unless you’ve commissioned it.

You are welcome to make changes to the design! Don’t go too major though.

Do not claim to have designed the character.

Feel free to sell, trade, or gift the character. Just make sure that they are sold at the same value, unless there has been value added to it (your art, commissions, sculptures, fursuits etc etc).

Wait at least 2 weeks before reselling a design.

I have the right to keep a design if the commission falls through. (keep in mind this is only if there is fault at your end, if I cancel, then you keep the design)

I will not give refund unless something has cropped up in my life and I am unable to finish your commission, or if I haven’t started. In either of these cases you will be repaid in full.

I will communicate with you throughout the entire commission process, so I will not change things after the lineart unless it’s faulty colour. Any changes made after this stage will cause a fee.

However, I will change something if I have made a mistake on your character or missed out on something we previously agreed on, as that is my mistake.

If you fail to respond to my messages in 2 weeks I will assume you no longer want the commission, leave the chat, and you will have no refund. If you are leaving for a certain amount of time discuss this with me and we can talk something out.

Payment is given after I have shown you a (watermarked) sketch.

I may take payment plans, I may not. I'm not too sure yet.

Chargebacks will cause a permanent blacklist.
